You start with a telehealth or in-clinic consult with our nurse practitioner. If a peptide is appropriate, it is prescribed and compounded through Olympia or Empower Pharmacy and shipped to your address in Massachusetts, with dosing instructions and nurse follow-up.
Do I need a prescription for peptides?

Yes. Every peptide we offer — GLP-1s, BPC-157, sermorelin, GHK-Cu, Selank, Semax, and our stacks — is prescription-only and dispensed from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy after a clinical evaluation. We do not sell research-grade or unprescribed peptides.
How much does peptide therapy cost?

Cost depends on the peptide and the dose your NP prescribes. Medically supervised weight-loss peptides such as semaglutide and tirzepatide run $299–$399 per month. Pricing for recovery, growth hormone, beauty, and nootropic peptides is confirmed at your consult before anything is shipped.
Which peptide should I start with?

It depends on your goal: tirzepatide or semaglutide for weight loss, sermorelin or CJC-1295/Ipamorelin for sleep and recovery, BPC-157 or TB-500 for injury and gut healing, GHK-Cu for skin and hair, and Selank or Semax for focus and mood. Your NP confirms the fit against your history and medications.
How long before I notice results?

Appetite changes on GLP-1s are typically felt within the first one to two weeks. Growth hormone secretagogues usually show up first as better sleep in two to four weeks, with body-composition changes over two to three months. Healing peptides are commonly run in four to eight week cycles.
Are peptides safe?

When prescribed by a clinician and compounded by a licensed pharmacy, peptides have well-characterized side-effect profiles — most commonly injection-site irritation and, with GLP-1s, nausea or GI upset. Your NP screens for contraindications, including pregnancy, active cancer, and specific thyroid history, before prescribing.
Do you ship peptides, or do I come in?
