Hangover IV Drip in Boston
The fastest way to feel human again. 30-minute IV drip with saline, B-vitamins, and anti-nausea — walk-in or mobile to your hotel.
Medically directed and founded by Olivia Kelly, NP, NP, RN — Licensed since 2003.
A hangover is dehydration plus electrolyte loss plus nausea plus inflammation. Drinking water helps a little, and slowly. An IV drip fixes all four at once — a liter of medical-grade fluid, a full B-complex, an anti-nausea, and an anti-inflammatory delivered directly to your bloodstream in 30–45 minutes. Most clients feel dramatically better before the drip finishes. IV League has been Boston's go-to hangover clinic since 2018 — walk-ins accepted at both South Boston locations or we can dispatch a nurse to your hotel room.

FAQ
Common questions
How much is a hangover IV drip in Boston?
Our most popular hangover drips at IV League Hydration are the Hail Mary ($209) and the Gamechanger ($159). Both include a liter of saline, B-complex, and anti-nausea. Add extra B12, glutathione, or Toradol as needed.
How fast does a hangover IV work?
Most clients feel dramatically better within the 30–45 minute infusion. Full effects continue over the next few hours. IV delivery is 20x faster than trying to drink your way out — you skip the digestive system entirely.
What's actually in a hangover IV?
Our Hail Mary hangover drip is 1L lactated Ringer's + B-complex + zofran (anti-nausea) + toradol (anti-inflammatory) — the exact ingredients hospitals use for severe dehydration. Optional add-ons: extra B12, glutathione, or magnesium.
Can you come to my hotel?
Yes — our mobile IV service delivers hangover drips to hotels across Greater Boston (Back Bay, Seaport, Downtown, Cambridge). Same-day dispatch during business hours. Mobile visits are +$100 over clinic pricing.
Do you take walk-ins for hangover drips?
Yes — both South Boston locations accept walk-ins 10am–4pm. Weekend mornings are our busiest hangover hours, so booking is safer if you have a plan the night before.
Are hangover IVs safe?
Yes — every drip is placed by a licensed registered nurse under medical supervision. We screen for medications and any red flags before starting. IV rehydration is safer than trying to force-drink water when you're nauseous.
How long does the relief last?
The hangover doesn't come back — you're rehydrated, your electrolytes are restored, and the anti-nausea/anti-inflammatory add-ons handle the residual symptoms. Most clients are back to feeling normal within a few hours.
