These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IV League Hydration website (ivleaguehydrate.com), the services described on it, and any related communications with IV League Hydration ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and consent
IV therapy, injections, peptide therapy, semaglutide, weight-loss treatments, and other services offered by IV League Hydration are available only to adults who complete our intake, medical screening, and informed-consent process. Services are administered by licensed registered nurses under the direction of our Medical Director, Olivia Kelly, NP. We reserve the right to decline service based on clinical judgment.
3. Appointments, cancellations, and mobile visits
Bookings are made through our online booking partner or by phone. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as disclosed at booking. Mobile IV appointments include a concierge fee in addition to the in-clinic service price.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are current as of the last update and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price disclosed to you at the time of booking or check-in.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the IV League Hydration name and marks — is owned by IV League Hydration or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites (including our booking platform, Vagaro). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV League Hydration and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or the services, other than as set out in a signed consent or service agreement.
