The process

What to expect at your visit

01

Walk in or book online

Choose A Street, L Street, or mobile. Walk-ins welcome for IVs, B12, and most injections during open hours.

02

Quick nurse consult

A licensed RN reviews your goals, health history, and matches you to the right drip — or confirms the one you picked.

03

30–60 minute infusion

Relax in a comfortable chair while your nurse places the IV and monitors the drip. Work, read, or rest — most people do all three.

04

Walk out feeling better

No downtime. Most clients feel the difference before they leave the chair, with peak effect over the next 12–24 hours.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does IV therapy cost in Boston?

IV drips at IV League Hydration in Boston range from $79 (Rookie + B12 Special — 1L IV drip + B12 shot) to $425 for NAD+ 250mg. Walk-in B12 shots are $30. Every posted price is all-inclusive — nurse time, IV supplies, and every listed ingredient.

Where is IV League Hydration located in Boston?

We run two South Boston clinics: A Street (West Campus) at 36 A Street — a short walk from Seaport and Fort Point — and L Street (East Campus) at 47 L Street. Both are nurse-run and clinician-directed, and we also offer mobile IV therapy across Greater Boston.

What Boston neighborhoods do you serve?

Our two clinics serve South Boston, Seaport, Fort Point, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the North End, Downtown Boston, and Cambridge — and our mobile IV service covers all of Greater Boston, including Brookline, Somerville, and surrounding towns.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome at both South Boston locations during open hours for IV drips, B12 shots, and most injections, subject to nurse availability. Peptides, semaglutide, Botox, and consultation visits are booked in advance.

Who administers the IV drips?

Every drip is administered by a licensed registered nurse and every protocol is directed by our Medical Director Olivia Kelly, NP. We use pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and single-use, sterile supplies on every visit.

How long does an IV drip take?

Most drips take 30–60 minutes end-to-end, including check-in and IV setup. NAD+ infusions run 60–120 minutes depending on dose. You can work, read, or rest during the infusion.

What's the best IV drip for a hangover in Boston?

Our Hail Mary ($209) is our #1 hangover drip — 1L saline, anti-nausea, anti-inflammatory, and a B-vitamin stack. Walk in at either South Boston location or book mobile IV to your hotel or apartment.

What's the difference between IV hydration and IV therapy?

IV hydration in Boston usually means a straight liter of sterile normal saline to correct fluid and electrolyte loss. IV therapy adds vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and medications on top of that fluid base. At IV League Hydration every drip starts with the same nurse-placed IV and pharmaceutical-grade saline — you choose how much goes in it, starting at $79.

Where can I get IV hydration in Boston today?

Walk into either South Boston clinic — 36 A Street (West Campus) or 47 L Street (East Campus) — before 4pm without an appointment, or book mobile IV hydration to your Boston home, hotel, or office with same-day dispatch during operating hours.

Do you offer mobile IV therapy in Boston?

Yes — mobile IV therapy at your Boston hotel, home, office, or event venue is your in-clinic drip price + $100 concierge fee. Same-day bookings are usually dispatched within 60–90 minutes during operating hours.
