Intramuscular Shots in Boston
Fast-acting vitamin and wellness injections from $25. Five minutes, walk-ins welcome at both South Boston locations.
Medically directed and founded by Olivia Kelly, NP, NP, RN — Licensed since 2003.
Intramuscular shots put nutrients straight into muscle tissue, where they absorb into the bloodstream within minutes — no digestion, no absorption loss. IV League Hydration offers a focused booster menu built around what actually moves the needle: energy and metabolism (B12, MICC), immune support (Tri-Immune, Vitamin D), and skin, hair, and detox (Biotin, Glutathione). Every injection is given by a licensed nurse under the clinical direction of our Medical Director, Olivia Kelly, NP.

Benefits
Why patients choose Intramuscular shots
Near-complete absorption
Oral B12 absorbs at roughly 1–2%. An intramuscular shot delivers the full dose into circulation, so you feel it.
In and out in five minutes
No appointment required. Walk in during business hours at A Street or L Street and you're done faster than a coffee run.
Save with 4-packs
Buy four at once and save on every shot. Packs can be used over multiple visits and shared with a partner.
Nurse-owned, nurse-administered
Licensed nurses screen and inject every client under our Medical Director's clinical direction — not a retail counter.

FAQ
Common questions
What are intramuscular (IM) shots?
IM shots deliver vitamins and nutrients directly into muscle tissue, where they absorb quickly into the bloodstream. They bypass the digestive system entirely, so you get far more of the dose than you would from a pill.
How much do vitamin shots cost in Boston?
At IV League Hydration, B12 and MICC are $25, Vitamin D, Biotin, and Glutathione are $30, and Tri-Immune is $40. Four-packs save you more: B12 and MICC $80, Vitamin D and Glutathione $100, Tri-Immune $130.
How long does an injection take?
About five minutes door to door. Walk in at either South Boston location, get a quick nurse screen, and you're back to your day.
How often should I get shots?
Weekly or bi-weekly for energy and metabolism support (B12, MICC), and every one to two weeks for Biotin, Glutathione, and Tri-Immune. Vitamin D is typically monthly.
Can I add a shot to my IV drip?
Yes. Any booster can be added to an IV appointment at a discounted rate, and members save on every visit.
Are IM shots safe?
Yes. Every injection is administered by a licensed nurse under the clinical direction of our Medical Director, Olivia Kelly, NP. These are water-soluble nutrients with excellent safety profiles.
Ready to book intramuscular shots?
Same-week appointments available. Free consultations for weight loss and peptide clients.
