FAQ

Common questions

How much is a sauna session in Boston?

An infrared sauna session at IV League Hydration is $45 for 30 minutes. You can also add a 30-minute sauna session to any IV drip visit for the same $45.

Where is your sauna in Boston?

We have infrared saunas at both South Boston clinics: A Street (West Campus) and L Street (East Campus) at 47 L Street. The cold plunge for sauna and cold contrast rounds is at L Street only.

When is the sauna open?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am–6pm, and Saturday–Sunday 10am–2pm. We're closed Wednesdays. Book online to see open times for the day.

Is it a traditional or infrared sauna?

Infrared. It heats your body directly and runs around 120–140°F instead of the 180–200°F of a traditional sauna, so most people find a 30-minute session comfortable.

Can I do a sauna and cold plunge in Boston?

Yes. At L Street you can alternate the infrared sauna with our 45–55°F cold plunge (Fire & Ice). A cold plunge session is $45.

Can I pair the sauna with an IV drip?

Yes. Sweating uses up fluid and electrolytes, so many guests add a sauna session to a hydration drip in the same visit.

What should I bring?

Swimwear or light athletic clothes and a change of clothes. Towels and water are provided. Arrive hydrated.
